1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Courses & content
All course content on Edify — videos, text, projects, certificates — is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not redistribute, resell or publicly share course materials.
3. Payments & refunds
Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes. Refunds are available within 15 days of purchase, no questions asked, as per our refund policy.
4. Earnings & rewards
Earnings, referrals and reward programs depend on your individual effort and market conditions. Edify makes no guarantee of specific income outcomes.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt service, or scrape content.
- Don't harass other learners or mentors.
- Don't share account access with others.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
7. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app.
